Acne Treatment

September 12th, 2007

Acne can be a really big problem. When oil and dead skin cells clog your pores than you are at risk of getting acne. There are several things you can do to treat and prevent acne from forming.

The first thing you should do twice a day is wash your face. By washing your face you can clean out your pores of oil and dead skin cells and make your face cleaner and healthier.

Another thing you should do is wash your hair at least once a day. Throughout the day your hair gathers up a lot of oil from different things you do. Washing your hair will get rid of this problem. If you have long hair then this step really applies to you because your hair will often stroke your face wiping oil all over it.

Being stressed out can have a really big effect on acne. The more stressed out you are then the more oil you produce from nerves. Try not to get so stressed out about things.

Believe it or not milk can also have a great affect on acne. Try drinking less milk or drink soy milk as it does not have any affect on acne.

Read e-books about acne. I have reviewed several good e-books on acne and I have given them great testimonials.

Many people have told me that Proactive is a good product for acne. It is suppose to work very fast and clear mainly your face of pimples and blemishes.

Try not to mess with your acne. Popping zits may be fun but it does not help out your acne. When a pimple is popped it spreads throughout the infected area and can create pimples in a matter of days.
